1. I have enrolled but not received any confirmation?

An email confirmation is automatically sent to delegates, once payment is completed. Kindly check your inbox or junk/spam folders. For any queries feel free to contact us at contact@onference.in

2. I have enrolled but not received a link to access the LIVE proceedings?

Reminder emails including the event link are sent to the registered email addresses of all enrolled delegates on the event day. Also, you can view the LIVE proceedings on this page/link itself.

3. How to attend the event ONLINE?

On the day of the event, kindly return to this page/link and click on “LIVE” button (below the event banner) and subsequently on the play icon. For any queries feel free to contact contact@onference.in

4. Will I be eligible for a certificate if I watch the recording only?

NO, you will not be eligible for a certificate if you do not attend the LIVE event on event day.

5. If the live event has started already, can I join in between sessions?

Yes, you can join in between the session and can view the recording later at the event link itself for missed session.

6. Can I view the recorded version of the event later?

YES, Enrolled delegates will be able to view the recording under the Syllabus tab at this link itself.

7. Until when will the recording be available?

Recording will be available at this link itself for 3 months post-event.

8. Can I download lecture video?

We would like to inform that lecture videos are non-sharable asset, however enrolled delegates can view the recordings of each session at this link itself.

9. Can I fast forward the recorded video?

The recordings can be fast-forwarded by using (double)forward arrows at the bottom of the video. For any queries feel free to contact us at- contact@onference.in

10. How to join the Q&A session?

On the Event Day, kindly post your question in the Q & A box and the faculties will answer them.

11. When & How will I receive the certificate?

On receiving the certificate design from the organizers, E-Certificates will be issued to delegates who attended the event LIVE/ONLINE on the event day.

12. When will the points be credited to the Medical Council Account?

Once the organizers submit the LIVE Attendance list to the medical council post-completion of the entire event, the points will be credited to your medical council account directly.

13. How can I determine if I have received credit points?

Kindly review your Medical Council Account post receiving your certificate.

14. Does the enrollment price include GST?

Yes, it includes 18% GST.

15. Who should I contact in case I have any issues with online payment?

16. I want the tax invoice of the payment to get it reimbursed from my hospital.
